The primary role of the HRBP is to provide effective guidance of human resources policies, guidelines, and practices that align with University objectives and federal and DC regulations.
The HRBP collaborates with organizational leaders and their staff and faculty members to develop and deliver superior results that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department and the University.
The HRBP will collaborate with the specialty areas of the Office of Human Resources to ensure that employee concerns are addressed and managerial processes effectuated.
