Excellerate HU! Managers
The HU Manager Development program is part of a new initiative out of the Office of Human Resources titled Excellerate HU. We aspire for Excellerate HU to empower our leaders to be the catalysts that ensure our staff is continuously engaged and operating at a high level of performance. Through increased support, improved communication and innovative programming, HU Leaders will be able to consistently implement best practice on campus and improve the overall student experience.
With this new initiative you can expect a series of improved communication strategies to get information directly to our leaders and at the forefront of change. In addition, we are offering leadership development opportunities at all levels and tenure of leadership. Developing every leader is an important first step to creating a consistently positive experience among our staff across campus.
