What to Expect
The program is voluntary, developmental, and confidential within defined limits. It doesn’t replace performance management, investigations, therapy, legal support, or other formal University processes.
Request → Fit review → Intake → Decision → Manager alignment → Agreement → Six sessions → Midpoint check → Closeout

| 3 | Navigating Challenges and Howard’s Organizational Reality | Stakeholder map, assumptions check, decision or consultation path, and next move. |
| 4 | Feedback, Communication, and Influence | Conversation or influence plan, practice, and follow-through. |
| 5 | Execution, Accountability, and Sustainable Performance | Priorities, boundaries, commitments, support, and evidence plan. |
| 6 | Integration, Reflection, and Sustainment | Progress review, lessons learned, 30/60/90-day roadmap, accountability network, and next resources. |
Participant commitments
- Can attend six 60-minute sessions over about three months and complete between-session actions.
- Are open to reflection, feedback, experimentation, and accountability.
Time expectations
Six 60-minute sessions, generally every two weeks over about three months (12–16 weeks).
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential within legal, University policy, safety, and reporting limits. Session details and notes aren’t routinely shared with managers. If consultation or disclosure is required, only necessary information is shared, and the participant is informed when permitted
