HU WORKPLACE COACHING

What is Workplace Coaching?

The HU Workplace Coaching Program is a structured, voluntary, developmental experience for eligible full-time Howard University staff employees. It helps participants clarify workplace goals, reflect on choices and patterns, apply practical actions, and sustain growth connected to their role, team, Howard’s mission, and the BISON Way.

Why Howard offers coaching?

Howard University offers workplace coaching to support employee growth, engagement, and success. Coaching provides a confidential, developmental partnership that helps staff think more clearly, act intentionally, navigate workplace challenges, and make meaningful progress toward professional goals while supporting Howard's mission and the BISON Way.

Who is coaching for?

Workplace coaching is designed for full-time Howard University staff employees who have a developmental workplace goal, are participating voluntarily, and are committed to growth through reflection, action, and six coaching sessions. It is intended for employees seeking to strengthen leadership, communication, confidence, accountability, or their ability to navigate workplace challenges and change.
