Data Integrity & Reliability
HRIS coordinates task related to quality assurance in order to identify and resolve data integrity and reliability issues. The department may receive request from employees or management to update data that reside in the Human Resource/Payroll system. HRIS will research each request in order to verify and validate required resolutions. HRIS coordinates all update resolutions with the Department of Employment where all data entry is initiated. In addition to ongoing request for data reconciliation, HRIS may run monthly audit reports to identify and resolve data problems.
